Terms And Conditions For Studio Rental
RATES & TIMEFRAME: The rates for your studio rental reflect the specific time and date of your reservation. Please factor setup and teardown time into your reservation window. Staying past your end time will incur a minimum additional hour’s fee. A 15 minute grace period may be extended at our discretion.
FEES: Fees for studio reservations are due upon booking. While these fees are non-refundable – in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request, City Stage may at our discretion credit these fees toward future bookings.
PAPER BACKDROPS: The seamless backdrops are expendable materials. While minor wear and tear is expected – please let us know if any cuts are made or if extensive damage is sustained. This is a courtesy to other users of the space. Seamless is billed at $4/linear foot.
CLEANING: You agree to return the studio space to substantially the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Messes and excessive markings on the cyclorama may result in additional fees. Furniture must be returned to it’s original location.
CONFETTI & GLITTER: No confetti or glitter is allowed without prior written consent. These are some of the most difficult things to clean up and often incur additional fees
OCCUPANCY: Your rental includes the admission of up to fifteen (15) people on the premises at any given time. Any additional persons must be expressly approved by City Stage in writing prior to the shoot.
SUBSTANCES: No drugs, intoxicants, or marijuana may be brought to or within the studio. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building.
ANIMALS: You must notify City Stage in writing if any animals will be used during the course of your shoot, and the use of such animals must be approved by City Stage prior to rental. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred particularly for animals that shed.
DAMAGE: You are responsible for any damage to the equipment, furniture, fixtures, and any damage to the structure itself.
SECURITY CAMERAS: You acknowledge that City Stage has installed security cameras around the studio and surrounding premises.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: City Stage is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property or belongings.
